This is a source-audited proper-place register drawn from the 212 primary-source posts in the August 11, 2026 archival snapshot. It is intentionally broader than the set of places that currently merit stand-alone articles. The point is to make the density of named geography visible without producing hundreds of empty stubs.
211 canonical source-attested place entries are currently indexed after merging obvious spelling/abbreviation variants such as North Hollywood / N. Hollywood, Silver Lake / Silverlake, and Las Vegas / Vegas.

Why the concordance is not a stub factory
A one-off place can still matter greatly, but a stand-alone article should be promoted when there is enough material to explain what the place does: social class, transit, institutional location, memory, scene formation, fictional civic structure or cross-work recurrence. This page preserves the rest until that threshold is met.
Verified post-export additions
The August 12–13 publications add place material that was not present in the 212-work archive. Spoilsport/Finish Shit adds Lost Eros International (LEX), Porn Valley and Occidental Holywood. The Idea of a Cliche Expressing Itself Through Song adds an unstable real-place chain through Cleveland, the Odeon and Cincinnati before returning to the already recurring Setagaya / Seville pair. These additions are kept outside the older 211-entry primary-source count so the audit denominator remains honest.
