Function

The device can assess visual information relevant to grooming, dress, posture or appearance, but returns guidance without reproducing the user's face or body as a mirror image.

Interface logic

The ordinary mirror loop is: look, judge the reflected image, adjust, look again. Unmirror removes the image from that loop and asks whether useful visual information can be delivered without making self-surveillance the primary interface.

Why it matters

The object is both fiction and latent product design. It demonstrates a recurring JQD move: when a symbolic problem becomes persistent enough, imagine the function that would actually solve or alter it.
