Container blindness

The index is deliberately separate from Series. A serial advertises continuity in its title; an embedded fiction may be structurally invisible from the chronology. The same publication can contain song instructions, aphorisms, autobiography and several unrelated stories. Reading only by publication title therefore produces false absence.

Other nested forms

Sketches of San Lucero builds a city through dozens of vignette-scale residents; Deathtraps for Live Players announces an ensemble of 26; Night Blooming Jasmine uses 26 dimensions; INTERIOR HORRORFILM accumulates cracked vignettes and recurring animals/people. These are not all “series,” but all require sub-publication reading.
