The Digital Exquisite (D.X.) is a South Lost Eros hip-hop legend and Frasier’s partner in KRYONIC KRUNKTA$IA. Their balcony conversation turns cannabis-company exit fantasies into a Lost Eros real-estate map: East Death, the Sunk Coast and Bahía Perdida.

Frasier’s dissatisfaction with Vernal Heights is tied partly to Simon having split and returned to England. The detail is small but important: the neighborhood’s value is social, not simply architectural or financial.
