The interesting boundary-crossing belongs primarily to the practice: a reader can actually perform the walk. L.E.W.A.N. supplies a deadpan civic wrapper for that instruction, but the wiki should not inflate the wrapper into a major institution simply because the protocol is usable.

Relation to BLUE HELL

L.E.W.A.N. can sit under the broader BLUE HELL ecology, but it is not a constitutional model for BLUE HELL or a necessary example of “fiction becoming infrastructure.” Its status is comparatively lightweight and should remain so.
